       1... 4 Medium sized Beet

       2... 3 Russet Potatoes 

       3... 3 Carrot

       4... 1 Onion

       5... 1 Can of Peas

       6... Sunflower oil

       7... 2 Tbsp chopped Dill

       8... 2 Pickles,chopped

       9... Few Salt

       Lets see how to make this....

           Cook beets,potatoes and carrot in boiling water until they are soft.Drain and place back with cold water.....

           Chop the onion and drain the peas,When the vegetables are cool peel them and chop in to small 1\2 inch,cube.

          Mix the vegetables,onion peas,dill and pickles together adding a few of oil to coat.

           Season with salt and serve immediately...
