2 Cup self-raising flour

2 Cup milk

1 Cup caster sugar

2 Eggs 

1 Tsp vanilla essence

 

  Let see how to make this...

 Preheat  the medium size fry pan.Sift flour into large bowl and add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.

 Grease pan with light butter.Cook heaped spoonfuls of the mixture until bubbles pop on the surface.

  Turn pancake over and cook until golden brown.

  Sever with vanilla Ice cream..
